Shipping Policy

Free delivery is available on orders above ₹1499.

For orders below ₹1499, a standard shipping fee will apply (displayed at checkout).

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order is placed.
14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To qualify for a return, please ensure:

The item is unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

The returned item passes a quality check before a refund or exchange is approved.
Reverse Pickup

A ₹100 return pickup fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

We offer 2 pickup attempts via our courier partner.

If both attempts fail or if your area isn’t serviceable, please send the item to our return address manually.

Return pickups are subject to pin code availability.
Price Difference in Exchanges

If the new item is priced higher, you’ll need to pay the difference upfront using a prepaid method.

If the new item is priced lower, the remaining balance will be issued as store credits for future purchases.
Size Exchange
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
